Mr. Cook was born in Beverly Hills, Ca. to parents in the entertainment industry. His first production was a musical concert with Mr. Ray Charles on the occasion of Mr. Charles’ fiftieth birthday, it was held at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in Los Angeles, Ca. He went on to produce a direct to home video of the 1984 Olympics, various music videos and other forms of entertainment. A division of LMC3 Productions, Inc.( GM Studios) became 20th Century Fox's largest Portuguese dubber. Mr. Cook has consulted in all areas of the entertainment industry and has found his best talents lie in marketing. He was moved by a TV show on Veterans over 20 years ago and vowed to do something to help and thank our Veterans, He formed Supporting our Servicemen in 2011 and has been building the charity since then. He has assembled a very impressive team in SOS in many fields both Nationally and Internationally. Mr. Cook has also founded The Foundation for World Harmony which is dedicated to Raising funds for all charities worldwide.. David R. Goddard

Provides financial Advice to SOS as Dir. For financial oversight. . Mr. David R. Goddard has 25 years of experience in Merchant Banking, Capital Markets and Investment Banking and has raised in excess of $4 billion for his clients worldwide. He was a partner in Macluan Capital, the oldest private equity firm in Canada and is a Senior Managing Director responsible for Finance and Business Development in Trobak LLC, an International Commodity Trading Group located in Austin Texas. Mr. Goddard is also a Managing Director of MB&A Capital, a global Investment Banking Firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, CA. Mr. Goddard’s investment banking experience includes being a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. where he ran the Global Private Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Goddard was also a Managing Director at BankBoston Robertson Stephens and Chase Securities where he ran the Private Equity placement groups. He began his Investment Banking career at Bank of America Securities in the Corporate Finance Group. Lawrence Paul Mortorff Industry Consultant

Mr. Mortorff is a committed conservationist, and has been involved in the entertainment industry  since 1973. In 1975 and 1976, he worked with Phillippe Cousteau and the Cousteau Society, trading his legal expertise for the opportunity to be a crew member on the Flying Calypso. There,  he flew with Mr. Cousteau to El Salvador to assist in the filming of an episode of Oasis in Space. In 1988, he went to work for the Catholic Insight Foundation as a volunteer, and has been on their Board of Directors since 1989. That year, Mr. Mortorff was the Executive Producer of the film ROMERO starring Raol Julia, portraying the slain Archbishop of El Salvador, Oscar Romero. In the 1990's, Mr. Mortorff was active in ocean campaigns to save endangered species, and by 2000 was Chairman of the Board of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, the group trying to stop the killing of whales in the Antarctic, and trying to stop the practice of cutting off the fins of sharks, and tossing them back into the ocean to drown. Mr. Mortorff is active with Rotary International, serves as a Director in the Santa Monica club, and is currently working on water projects in Kenya and Burma. He has built environmentally friendly roads in Kenya. 

Mr. Mortorff is an experienced film producer and executive. He is an attorney, and practiced law 
at two of the most prestigious US Entertainment Law Firms, Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Berkowitz & Selvin, and Pollock, Rigrod & Bloom. He left the practice of law to join nternational Creative Management and become the Vice President of Feature Business Affairs. Since leaving his last law firm, Mr. Mortorff has been active as an attorney, and was the founder of several film companies, including the founding President of Kushner Locke Films, where he oversaw the production of some fifteen motion pictures including ANDRE and PINOCCHIO. Mr. Mortorff is an accomplished film producer, having made over 30 films over the past 20 years. Among these films are MARIAS LOVERS, nominated for a Cesar, ROMERO, starring Raoul Julia, the JUNGLE BOOK, released by Disney, PINOCCHIO, released by New Line, and the first two Dimension US releases, HELLRAISER III and CHILDREN OF THE CORN II. Mr. Mortorff has worked with the Russian director, Andre Konchalovsky, was one of the first US producers to score a film in Moscow, and has made films in India, and produced the first Hindi film made in the US, KAANTE starring Amitabh Bachchan. Mr. Mortorff made the breakthrough films for Renee Zellwegger, THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD and Reese Witherspoon, FREEWAY, worked with Keanu Reeve in THE LAST TIME I COMMITTED SUICIDE, Martin Landau and Rob Schneider 
in PINOCCHIO, and Christian Slater and Claire Furlani in BASIL. He also produced the number one Independent US Theatrical release for 1999, THE OMEGA CODE, and has produced several other faith based films since that time including the highly successful ONE NIGHT WITH THE KING, filmed in India. Mr. Mortorff produced smaller budget films ROLLIN WITH THE 9’s, an urban film produced in the UK, and the INSATIABLE, filmed in Austin, Texas. 
As a documentarian, he produced AGAINST ALL ODDS in Israel, a 13 part series airing on 
TBN. Mr. Mortorff produced the feature film on the life of Billy Graham, under the title BILLY, THE EARLY YEARS, directed by Robby Benson and starring Martin Landau, Lindsay 
Wagner, Jennifer O’Neill, Armie Hammer and Kris Polaha. Mr. Mortorff was Executive Producer of A PURE COUNTRY GIFT, made in Tennessee, which was a Warner Bros. release, as well as CONFESSIONS, a conservation documentary on the exploits of Paul Watson on the oceans over the past 30 years. LAWRENCE MORTORFF CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS Mr. Mortorff has been involved with many films as an attorney and agency executive, from TAXI DRIVER to AMERICAN GIGOLO. Has been involved with several hundred films as attorney, an executive and producer, including SILKWOOD, NORMA RAE, JUNGLE BOOK and PINOCCHIO. 
Has produced over 30 films, having worked in India, Africa, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Israel and 
in many States in the USA (three films produced in Tennessee). Mr. Mortorff has overseen international Co Productions and on incentive backed “soft money” feature film productions. 
Has worked with directors and crews from Russia, India, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, 
Mexico, Canada, England, Israel as well as South, North and Eastern Africa. Has been in involved in co-productions with European origin. Has been involved with independent distribution of feature films in the USA. Mr. Mortorff produced the breakthrough films for Renee Zelwegger, THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD and Reese Witherspoon FREEWAY, and worked with Keanu Reeve in THE LAST TIME I COMMITTED SUICIDE, Martin Landau and Rob Schneider in PINOCCHIO, and Christian Slater and Claire Furlani in BASIL. He produced the film which opened Dimension Pictures, HELLRAISER III and CHILDREN OF THE CORN II. Mr. Mortorff also has worked with Academy Award TM winners Renee Zelwegger, Martin Landau, Keith Carradine and Louise Fletcher, and nominees Robert Mitchum and Diane Lane among others. 
He was nominated for a Cesar in France for Best Foreign Film for MARIAS LOVERS, directed 
by Andre Konchalovsky, starring Natassja Kinski and Robert Mitchum. Was invited with films he produced to Film Festivals in Sundance, Cannes, Moscow, Toronto, Berlin, Havana and Raindance in the UK (Best UK Picture Award). Has been involved producing and distributing family films, Rudyard Kiplings’ JUNGLE BOOK, PINOCCHIO, ANDRE, TARZAN and the LOST CITY OF OPAR, DOG OF FLANDERS and BABY GENIUSES. Nominated for Best Family Films for JUNGLE BOOK and PINOCCHIO. Mr. Mortorff worked on the Christian films, ROMERO, THE OMEGA CODE, CARMEN, MEGIDDO and the animated PRODIGAL SON, ONE NIGHT WITH THE KING, the Story of Esther and BILLY, THE EARLY YEARS. 
He produced the Hindi blockbuster KAANTE, the first Bollywood film made in America. 
Mr. Mortorff was an Executive Producer on ROLLIN WITH THE 9’s, an urban film made 
in the UK, which won Best UK Feature Award at Raindance in London, THE 
INSATIABLE, a horror film, ONE NIGHT WITH THE KING, based on the Old 
Testament story of Esther. Additionally, he was Executive Producer on the documentaries AGAINST ALL ODDS, which was made in Israel, and THE TEN DISCOVERIES, which filmed in Morocco. He was Executive Producer on THE PRISONERS OF THE SUN, starring David Charvet and John Rhys-Davies, directed by Academy Award TM winner Roger Christian. Mr. Mortorff completed the feature film BILLY THE EARLY YEARS, a film on the early life of Billy Graham, starring Armie Hammer, Martin Landau and Lindsay Wagner. Mr. Stoner has spent the last 14 years as Founder and Chairman of the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce and the American International Business Council. His primary mission was to set up and administrate international business development, consulting services and business relations in the major emerging markets throughout the world. He personally managed the China National Tourism membership and the CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade), KOTRA and JETRO and simultaneously assisted in all other international operations of the company specializing in China and most of Asia.
He has worked with most Pac Rim Governments closely setting up promotions for Trade, Tourism, Technology Transfer and Cultural Exchange Programs as well as financing programs.
Mr Stoner has been lecturing and giving workshops and seminars internationally for over 20 years and is recognized as an international trade expert in many business and government circles in the Pacific Rim Trade Arena. Prior to this position, Mr. Stoner was the Senior Vice President/Founding Partner of Artesa Marketing Group based in Studio City, California. Artesa Marketing Group served over 50 major fortune 500 companies assisting them through their major advertising agencies and public relations companies in establishing communications and promotions programs with the exploding populations of ethnic groups in the USA. Companies like McDonald’s, AT&T, United Airlines, Philip Morris USA, Century 21 and Domino’s Pizza spent over $5 million annually through his company in their desire to reach these population segments. Other programs led to expanding into the international markets throughout the world in multimedia applications. Program syndications in sports, movies, and music were also very much a part of Mr. Stoner’s duties helping many large companies enter the international broadcasting and internet markets. Mr. Stoner originally started in advertising sales in foreign language radio and television and was a principal figure in the first Asian radio station in the USA, KAZN AM 1300 in Pasadena, California. He worked closely with producers, production and post production people creating promotional campaigns for his clients. It was here that he made strong connections with foreign broadcasting network executives and advertising clients.
Mr. Stoner has served on many executive panels and committees in the last 20 years giving insights on multi-cultural international business relations and international women’s issues . He has been given national recognition many times for his expertise in these areas being interviewed over 20 times in major publications like Venture magazine, L.A. Business Journal, San Francisco Business Journal, Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Examiner and Seattle Times; not to mention 3 full interviews on CNN and CNBC’s Wall Street Report. He has a degree in Marketing and Marketing Communications from UCLA and is a graduate of the KIIS Broadcast Workshop.
As of 2007 his latest accomplishments include co publishing of the PAIG of China (Official Procurement and Investment Guide) and to handle all international relations with the The Summit Club of Beijing, an exclusive millionaire’s residence near the Beijing 2008 Olympic Village. Other project include the launch of high definition internet television worldwide as on of the limited partners based in Vancouver Canada.From 2012 to 2014 Mr Stoner was CEO of Vina Media in Hanoi, Vietnam, the largest media and billboard company in the region later expanding marketing programs into ASEAN nations including the arts, travel, transportation, food products, and utilities, to name a few.
